江苏省市级妇幼保健机构发展现状及对策研究

摘要

Objective: To analyse the current situation, characteristics and problems of maternity and child care institutions in Jiangsu Province, providing some evidence for the government to make policies to help create a better environment for maternity and child care institutions. Method: Collect relevant documents and policies by online searching. Investigate health statistics of maternity and child care institutions in Jiangsu Province during 2010—2014. Analyse the scale, economical operation,expense control and medical service , etc of each maternity and child caer institution. Results: The number of bed capacity and equipment had a slow growth or even zero growth. The asset-liability ratio was decreasing, maintained at about 30%. The growth of average revenue was 23.8%. There was an obvious increase in the average expense of outpatient and inpatient. However, the indexes concerning provide and efficiency of the medical services were also increasing. Conclusion:Maternity and child care institutions in Jiangsu Province developed rapidly which also brought problems. Measures should be taken to introduce talents, increase government investment, control cost level and create a comfortable environment for better development of maternity and child care institutions in Jiangsu Province.%目的：分析江苏省市级妇幼保健机构的发展现状、特点及存在的问题，为制定鼓励和引导妇幼保健机构健康发展的政策提供依据。方法：收集2010—2014年江苏省各市级妇幼保健机构的卫生统计信息，通过检索相关文献和政策法规，分析各妇幼保健机构的规模、经济运行、费用控制及医疗服务等情况。结果：全省妇幼保健机构整体情况良好，部分地区的床位数、设备数增长缓慢甚至出现零增长；资产负债率也有所下降，但基本维持在30%左右；平均总收入增长幅度较高(23.8%)；门诊和住院人均费用有所增长；医疗服务提供和效率指标总体也都有所上升。结论：江苏省妇幼保健机构取得了长足的进步和发展，建议采取相关措施如引进优秀人才、增加政府投入、控制费用水平、营造舒适环境等，进一步提高运行水平和服务能力。
