阿片类药物依赖的针灸干预数据挖掘研究

摘要

目的 运用数据挖掘技术,发现阿片类药物依赖针灸干预的刺激参数规律.方法 收集针灸干预阿片类药物依赖的相关文献,建立阿片类药物依赖针灸干预数据库,利用Excel、Weka和自编程序进行针灸干预刺激参数的频次分析及关联规则挖掘.结果 源于149篇文献的186条数据元素组成的阿片类药物依赖针灸干预数据库中,电针治法、刺激时间30 min、干预频率每天1次等构成了刺激参数相关关联规则的主体.结论 阿片类药物依赖针灸干预,可参考发掘出的刺激参数关联规则进行,在此基础上也可对刺激参数进行深入研究.%OBJECTIVE To explore the stimulation parameter rules of acumox intervention for opioid dependence by data mining technology. METHODS Database of acumox intervention for opioid dependence was established after literature collection; Excel,Weka and self-compiled program were applied to analyze the frequency of stimulation parameters and to find their association rules. RESULTS Database of acumox intervention for opioid dependence is composed of 186 data elements from 149 articles,electroacupuncture therapy,30 minutes' stimulation and once a day's frequency,which play key roles in the related association rules of stimulation parameters. CONCLUSION Acumox intervention for opioid dependence can take the found association rules for reference,and further research on stimulation parameters can be carried on.
