企业社会责任是当前社会各界议论的热点问题，企业在自身获得发展壮大的同时，需要兼顾到各相关利益者的利益，承担起一定的义务。企业承担社会责任具有经济、道德和法律上的正当性，对企业社会责任进行源头思考，有助于指导我们的立法活动，更好的引导企业履行社会责任，构建和谐社企关系。%Currently, social responsibility of enterprises is a hot issue among all circles of the society, as en- terprises should take into account the interests between all parties concerned and assume their fair share of obligation during the process of expansion. It is economically, morally, and legitimately justified for enter- prises to assume social responsibility. Reflecting upon the origin of social responsibility is conducive to leg- islation and better fulfillment of corporate social responsibility.
