合作治理与社会管理模式创新

摘要

合作治理模式是对统治型社会治理模式、管理型社会治理模式等批判、继承、反思基础上形成的全新社会治理模式，是我国社会管理模式改革与创新的理想选择，其实现路径主要包括创新社会管理理念，加强合作治理法制建设，改革与完善合作治理体制，建立健全合作治理机制，重视与培育合作治理主体等方面。%Cooperative governance is a new pattern of governance formed on the basis of criticizing, inherit- ing, and reflecting ruling and managerial social governance pattern. It is an ideal choice for the reform and innovation of China~s social management pattern. Its implementation paths mainly includes the followings： innovating social management idea, strengthening cooperation laws, reforming and improving coop- erative governance system, enhancing cooperation mechanism, and cultivating cooperation governance subjects.
