Selected mentor is a dynamic process. The satisfaction involves not only the select results, but also the selection process as well as the comparison of expectations and gains. We should discuss from the aspect of individual factor, tutor＇s factor and the match between mentors and students. This paper investigate the new post- graduates of H University in 2010 through questionnaires and interview method and analysis the results and data statistically. The research fond ,that the satisfaction at a higher level. The expectation to go to graduate school and understanding of their own interesting points does not have a significant impact to satisfaction. Student type, self evaluation of comprehensive ability, evaluation of tutor＇s level, tutor types and understanding of the tutor＇s research direction of significant influence on satisfaction.%选导师是一个动态过程，研究生选导师满意度不仅涉及选择结果，还涉及选择过程以及期望与所得的比较，需要从个体因素、导师因素、导师与学生的匹配多个方面进行考察。通过问卷法、访谈法对H大学2010级一年级研究生进行调查，并对其结果和数据进行统计分析，研究发现：研究生对目前所选导师的满意度处于较高水平；读研期望和对自己兴趣点的了解对选导师满意度没有显著影响；考生类别、自我综合能力评价、对导师水平的评价、导师类型、对导师研究方向的了解等因素对满意度影响显著。
