构建VAR动态模型,比较分析了外商直接投资(FDI)和国内投资对江苏省碳排放强度的影响,结果显示:FDI、国内投资和江苏碳排放强度三者之间存在长期协整关系,FDI和国内投资对江苏省碳排放强度的影响都为负向,都在一定程度上有助于降低江苏省的碳排放强度,但是,FDI对碳排放强度的负向影响程度更大.因此,江苏省应该加大优质FDI的引入,创造FDI的技术溢出条件,合理分配产业布局,为降低碳排放强度做出更多努力.%By establishing a VAR model, this paper compares the effect of FDI and domestic investment on the carbon emission intensity of Jiangsu province. The empirical results show that there is a long-term cointe-gration relationship among FDI, domestic investment and the carbon intensity. FDI and domestic investment have a negative effect on the carbon intensity of Jiangsu province. In the long run, the carbon intensity will have a negative reaction on the impact of FDI and domestic investment. The contribution of FDI to the car-bon intensity fluctuation is greater than that of domestic investment. In general, both domestic investment and FDI is helpful to reduce the carbon intensity of Jiangsu province, but the effect of FDI on carbon inten-sity is greater than that of domestic investment. Then suggestions are putting forward to the development of low carbon economy in Jiangsu province according to the results of empirical and theoretical analysis.
