危化品从业单位安全标准化体系的模糊综合评价

         

摘要

以危险化学品从业单位安全标准化体系为研究对象,引入层次分析法(AHP),建立判断矩阵,计算该体系中10个一级要素和53个二级要素的权重系数.然后根据模糊数学理论,通过专家打分和计算,建立一级模糊评判矩阵和二级评判矩阵,与层次分析法所得的相应的指标权重进行模糊矩阵运算.最后通过对某中海油企业的安全标准化体系进行模糊综合评价,验证其可行.%The safety standardization system of hazardous chemicals enterprises was taken as the research object.The weights of 10 first level and 53 second level indexes were gained by introducing analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and establishing judgment matrixs.According to fuzzy mathmatical theory, the first fuzzy evaluation and the secondary evaluation matrixs were established by expert scoring and calculation: Then, fuzzy matrix operations were made with corresponding weights from AHP.Finally, the feasibility of the system was verified by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on an enterprise.
