受限空间重气扩散水幕的稀释阻挡效果

         

摘要

The water curtain diluting and obstructing the diffusion of carbon dioxide in limited space was conducted. The influences of the installing height of water curtain, the distance from the water curtain to the leak source and the pressure of water curtain on diluting and obstructing efficiency were analyzed. The results indicated that the diluting and obstructing efficiency of water curtain was the best and the concentration of the gas behind the water curtain was the least when the installing height of water curtain was 1. 2 m. The farther the distance from the water curtain to the leak source, the worse the obstructing effect of water curtain. The obstructing effect of water curtain was basically unchanged basicly when the distance exceeded 1.5 m. The obstructing effect and the diluting efficiency of water curtain were greater when the pressure of water curtain and the concentration of the gas become bigger. The experimental results showed that water curtain could block and dilute the leaking gas through physical separation, the effect of mechanical dispersion, air entrainment and so on.%以CO2气体为对象,对受限空间水幕稀释阻挡重气泄漏扩散进行研究,考察水幕安装高度、水幕与泄漏源的距离、水压对水幕稀释阻挡效果的影响.结果表明:在水幕高度为1.2m时,水幕下风向所测得的CO2体积分数最小,水幕的稀释阻挡效果最好 ;当水幕距泄漏口越远时,水幕的阻挡效果越差,当达到1.5m以后时,水幕对CO2的阻挡效果基本不变;当水压越大时,水幕的稀释效率越高,水幕下风向气体浓度越低,水幕的阻挡效果越好.水幕主要是通过物理阻隔、机械驱散作用以及空气卷吸混合稀释等方式来对泄漏扩散气体进行稀释阻挡的.
