关于深圳城市社区体育评估指标体系的研究

摘要

在参考部分城市社区体育评估标准或评估体系的基础上,通过对深圳城市体育先进社区和有过参评经历的一般社区进行调查走访,并结合相关领域的专家访谈,评价、筛选并最终确立了深圳城市社区体育评估指标体系,借助该体系可以对各社区的年度体育工作绩效进行量化评分,为政府部门提供评价依据;社区体育相关的研究人员可对当地社区体育的评估经验进行分析与总结,并建立起具有地方特色和一定示范效应的评估标准,以此推动社区体育评估工作整体走向科学化;社区体育的评估标准具有很强的地域性和时效性,不同城市甚至同一城市不同区域可能需制订不同的标准,同一标准也需结合实际评估情况作定期修改。%Based on consulting the community sports evaluating system of some other cities,according to investigate the sports-advanced communities and the common communities having accepted sports evaluation in Shenzhen,and combining with interviewing relative professionals,estimating,screening and establishing the urban community sports evaluation index system of Shenzhen in the end,by means of the system,the annual performance of sports service could be quantified by scores,providing an evaluating basis to the government;the researchers dedicated to community sports can analyze and summarize the evaluation experience of local sports community,and then set up a characteristic and exemplary evaluation standard,so as to promote the evaluation of community sports being scientific;the evaluation standard of community sports is variable by territory and time,different cities or even different districts in the same city probably need to establish different standards,the same standard also needs to be revised according to the practical evaluation conditions.
