我国体育产业人才队伍建设的现状、问题及措施

摘要

From the stock of sports industry,sports indus-try personnel training and introducing talents sports indus-try from three aspects of talent team analyzes the present situation of sports industry in China;from the policy sup-port,construction mechanism,talent public service institu-tions and personnel training system four aspects this paper expounds the problem of the talent team construction of sports industry in our country. Finally put forward the im-prove the public service mechanism, improve the talent agglomeration mechanism and improve the talent training mechanism policy measures to promote our country sports industry talent team construction.%从体育产业人才的存量、体育产业人才培养和体育产业人才引进三个方面对我国体育产业人才队伍的现状进行了分析；从政策保障、建设机制、人才公共服务机构和人才培养体系四个方面阐述了我国体育产业人才队伍建设存在的问题；最后提出了完善人才公共服务机制、完善人才集聚机制和完善人才培养机制等促进我国体育产业人才队伍建设的政策措施。
