社区银行可持续发展研究

摘要

In recent years,community banks get faster development,there are some problems in the development process of China's community banks,such as positioning uncertainty,incomplete function,lack of supervision system,poor efficiency and so on.We should combine the economic and financial development in our country,draw lessons from the experience of American community banks,take the right measures,and promote the healthy development of our country.%近几年，中国社区银行得到较快发展，但在发展过程中存在定位不准、功能不全、监管制度不健全、经营效益低、服务水平差等问题。本文紧密联系中国经济金融改革发展实际，借鉴先进经验，对促进我国社区银行可持续发展提出建议。
