草珊瑚总黄酮滴丸的制备工艺研究

摘要

Taking the dissolution time of total flavonoids from Sarcandra glabra, weight variation and appearance grade as indexes, the formulation and technique of total flavonoids drop pills were optimized by the orthogonal experiment. The experimental results demonstrate that the optimized technique to prepare Sarcandra Glabra' s total flavones drop pills was PEG6000: PEG4000 =3:1, total flavones: adjuvant = 1:4, Tween 80 was 3% , dropping distance was 6 cm.%以草珊瑚总黄酮溶出时间、丸重差异和外观得分的综合评分为评价指标,采用正交试验进行处方设计和工艺优化.结果表明:草珊瑚总黄酮滴丸优化工艺为聚乙二醇6000与聚乙二醇4000的比例为3∶1,草珊瑚总黄酮与基质的比例为1∶4,吐温-80的含量为3％,滴距6cm.
