八仙花叶正丁醇层化学成分研究

摘要

对八仙花(Hydrangea macrophyUa)叶正丁醇层的化学成分进行分离纯化和结构鉴定.结果表明:分离得到5个单体化合物,分别为羊毛甾醇、三奈酚、绣球内酯-8-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷、异鼠李素和榭皮素.其中,羊毛甾醇、山奈酚和榭皮素为首次从八仙花叶中分离得到.%Five compounds were isolated from the N-butyl alcohol extract of Chinese Vibrunum leaves,and the structures were identified by physicochemical analysis and spectral analysis technology.Results showed that,the five compounds were lanosterol (Ⅰ),kaempferol (Ⅱ),hydrangenol 8-O-glucoside (Ⅲ),is-orhamnetin(Ⅳ),quercetin(V),among which,lanosterol,kaempferol and quercetin were firstly isolated from Chinese Vibrunum.
