An experiment was carried out to ascertain the effect of microelement and vitamin compound premix on improvement of reproductive performance and prevention of postpartum disease of breeding cows. A total of 105 cows were divided into three groups including one control and two experimental groups according to similar paired principles. The results showed that the premix supplemented with microelement and vitamin compound could significantly reduce the first estrous interval after calving and nonpregnant days by 13.40 d and 12. 09 d, respectively ( p < 0. 01) . The conception rates of one or two estrus were improved by 12. 86% or 18.58% , respectively. The incidence of postpartum paralysis, retained placenta, mastitis and endometritis were greatly reduced. Also, insemination times for pregnancy per cow were significantly decreased.%选择妊娠后期杂交母牛105头,按相似配对原则,随机分为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组3个组,研究放牧饲养条件下补饲微量元素、维生素复合预混料对提高肉牛繁殖性能及预防产后疾病的影响.结果表明:补饲微量元素、维生素复合预混料可显著缩短母牛产犊后初次发情时间和空怀天数13.40、12.09 d(P ＜0.01),1个情期受胎率和2个情期受胎率相应提高了12.86％、18.58％,产后瘫痪、胎衣不下、乳房炎、子宫内膜炎等发病率大幅降低,每头牛妊娠需要的输精次数显著减少(P＜0.05).
