Objective :To analyze and summarize the three District Four in Taizhou city since the congenital hypothy -roidism January 1 2008 to December 31 2012 low disease (CH ) in neonatal screening .Methods :72 hours after birth . The heel blood ,using time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay (DELFIA ) determination of thyroid stimulating hor-mone (TSH) concentrations .Results :In Taizhou area in 2008 to 2012 a total of 184 076 newborn screening ,screening rate reached 90 .3% ,diagnosis baby 59 ,incidence rate of children diagnosed with 1/3 120 .On the left thyroxin replace-ment therapy .Conclusion :Newborn screening can cause congenital hypothyroidism (CH ) patients get early diagnosis and treatment ,effectively prevent the occurrence of mental retardation .Conducive to improving the health of the peo-ple of the whole nation ,has important social significance .Further strengthening the social health prevention knowledge propaganda ,raise public awareness of newborn screening .%目的：分析和总结泰州地区四市三区自2008年1月-2012年12月先天性甲状腺功能低下症（CH ）新生儿筛查状况。方法：新生儿出生后72h 采足跟血，采用时间分辨荧光免疫分析法（DELFIA ）测定促甲状腺素（TSH）浓度。结果：泰州地区2008年1月1日-2012年12月31日共筛查184076例新生儿，筛查率达90．3％，确诊患儿59例，发病率为1/3120。对确诊的患儿用左甲状腺素片替代治疗。结论：新生儿筛查能使先天性甲状腺功能低下（CH ）患儿得到早期的诊断和治疗，有效防止智力低下的发生。有利于提高全民的人口健康素质，具有重要的社会意义。需进一步加强全社会的保健预防知识宣传，提高群众对新生儿筛查的认识。
