低剂量螺旋CT齿科成像技术在口腔种植定位术前评估中的价值

         

摘要

Objective :Low-dose spiral CT dental imaging studies in oral planting location application and clinical value of preoperative assessment .Methods :Will have part of missing teeth and requirements of dental implants 45 patients were randomly divided into A ,B ,C three groups ,each group of 15 cases ,in the case of other scanning parameters con-stant ,A ,B ,C three groups from the machine set minimum mA value began to adopt the 60mA ,80mA and 100mA scan , scan record after the completion of each patient’s actual product of radiation dose length (dosed length product DLP) is used to statistical analysis ,at the same time ,will scan the original image using CT machine professional dental post-processing software package (Dentascan) for A variety of post-processing reconstruction and related measurement .Re-sults:A ,B ,C of three groups of patients receiving between DLP has significant difference (P<0 .05) ,and the image quality is significantly lower ,had no effect on every meridian jaw measurement .Conclusion:The use of low dose of 60mA spiral CT scan can make patients from high doses of radiation injury and is able to provide oral planting physi-cians in preoperative accurate measurement value .%目的:探讨低剂量螺旋CT齿科成像技术在口腔种植定位术前评估中的应用及临床价值。方法:将患有部分牙齿缺失且要求牙种植的45例患者随机分为A、B、C三组,每组15例,在其他扫描参数不变的情况下,A、B、C 三组从机器上设定的最小毫安值开始分别采用60mA、80mA、100mA进行扫描,扫描完成后记录每例患者实际接受的放射线剂量长度乘积(Dose length product ,DLP)用于统计学分析,同时将扫描完的原始图像利用CT 机上的专业牙科后处理软件包(Dentascan)进行多种后处理重建并进行相关测量。结果:A、B、C 三组间患者接受的DLP均具有显著性差异(P<0.05),并且图像质量无明显下降,对颌骨各个径线的测量无任何影响。结论:使用低剂量60mA进行螺旋CT扫描既可以使患者免受大剂量放射线的损伤又能够为口腔种植医师在术前提供准确的测量数值。
