尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂和糖原合成酶激酶-3β磷酸化在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the expression and clinical significance of urokinase-type plasminogen activator and phosphorylation-glycogen synthase kinase 3β on gastric cancer tissue .Methods:Selected 39 tissue samples of gastric cancer ,31 tissue samples of atrophic gastritis ,and 25 tissue samples of carcinoma side normal tissue .Immunohisto-chemistry was used to examine the positive expression of uPA and P-GSK3β.Analyzed the relationship between gastric cancer pathological features and expression of uPA and P-GSK3β.Results:The positive expression of uPA and P-GSK3βof gastric cancer tissue was significantly higher than atrophic gastritis tissue and carcinoma side normal tissue ,the difference showed statistically significant(P<0 .05) .The positive expression of uPA and P-GSK3βof atrophic gastritis tissue and carcinoma side normal tissue were no statistically different(P>0 .05) .The positive expression of uPA and P-GSK3βof gastric cancer tissue were no correlated with age and gender(P>0 .05) ,but were closely correlated with the TNM ,differentiation and lymph nodes metastasis(P<0 .05) .Spearman analysis showed that ,the positive expression of uPA and P-GSK3βof gastric cancer tissue had positive correlation(P<0 .05) .Conclusion:The uPA and P-GSK3βhighly expression in gastric cancer tissues ,and closely relat to the clinical stage ,pathological grading and lymph node metastasis .%目的:探讨尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂(Urokinase-type plasminogen activator ,uPA)和糖原合成酶激酶-3β磷酸化(Phosphorylation-glycogen synthase kinase 3β,P-GSK3β)在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义.方法:选取39例胃癌组织样本、31例萎缩性胃炎组织样本及25例癌旁正常组织样本.采用免疫组化法检测组织中uPA与P-GSK3β阳性表达.分析uPA与P-GSK3β表达与胃癌临床病理特征的关系.结果:胃癌组织中 uPA与P-GSK3β阳性表达率显著高于癌旁正常胃组织及萎缩性胃炎组织 ,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0 .05);癌旁正常胃组织及萎缩性胃炎组织的uPA与P-GSK3β阳性表达率比较无统计学差异(P>0 .05).胃癌组织中uPA和 P-GSK3β阳性表达与患者性别、年龄无关(P>0 .05) ,与临床 TNM 分期、病理分级及是否伴发淋巴结转移有关(P<0 .05).Spearman相关分析结果显示 ,胃癌组织中uPA和P-GSK3β阳性表达呈正相关(P<0 .05).结论:uPA与P-GSK3β在胃癌组织中呈高表达 ,并与胃癌临床分期、病理分级及淋巴结转移密切相关.
