目的 研究EBV感染与MS发病间的关系,为证明EBV感染是导致MS的重要因素及探讨EB病毒感染MS是否因此导致神经系统发生MS病理变化提供理论依据.方法 酶联免疫法检测对临床MS患者的CSF中EBV特异的IgG水平;将灭活的EBV和EBV的提取蛋白分别接种小鼠足垫,病理和免疫组化观察小鼠是否因此导致神经系统发生MS病理变化.结果 在20例临床确诊为MS患者的CSF中发现IgG增高较多见,MS 动物的组织已出现明显的病理学变化.结论 MS患者CSF中普遍存在EBV感染情况;EB病毒感染导致CNS神经系统发生MS的病理改变.%Objective To investigate the relationship between the infection of Epstein - Barr virus ( EBV) and multiple sclerosis (MS). Our results may provide an experimental evidence that the infection of EBV was one of main nosogenesis inducing MS. Methods The CSF samples of 20 MS patients were detected using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA) for EBV - IgG. Heat inactivated EBV and protein antigen extracted from EBV were injected subcutaneously to the foot pad of mice respectively. The pathologic characteristics of nervous system of mice were observed with conventional histopathological and immunohistochemical stains. Results The phenomena of increasing lgG was observed in CSF of moat MS patients. Typical pathologic changes of MS appeared in experimental mice.Conclusion EBV infection is common in CSF of MS patients. The MS pathologic changes were observed in nervous system of mice injected with heat inactivated EBV and protein antigen extracted from EBV.
