非小细胞肺癌同步放化疗前后血清CD44v6表达水平及其临床意义

摘要

Objective To investigate the change of serum CD44v6 (sCD44v6) before concurrent radio chemotherapy (pre-treatment,BT) and after that treatment (post-treatment,PT) in cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients.Methods The sCD44v6 were detected in 50 patients with NSCLC BT and PT by ELISA.Results The BT sCD44v6 in the patients was significantly higher than those in control group.The BT sCD44v6 was closely related to cTNM stage,metastasis,cell differentiation,type of the tumor and the size of the primary tumors,but not to the histological classification,age and gender.The BT sCD44v6 [(570.89 ± 63.30) ng/ml] was significantly higher than that of PT[(281.44 ± 74.28)ng/ml].The BT and PT sCD44v6 was the highest in the PD patients,and that in the CR group was the lowest.Conclusion The correlation existes in NSCLC patients in the sCD44v6.The sCD44v6 level might be helpful to evaluate the biological behavior of NSCLC.Detection of sCD44v6 expression maybe helpful to predict the effect and prognosis.%目的 探讨局部晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者同步放化疗前后血清CD44v6表达水平变化与NSCLC病理生理特征、疗效及预后相关性.方法 采用生物素-亲和素系统ELISA双抗体夹心法定量检测50例局部晚期NSCLC患者同步放化疗前后血清CD44v6的表达水平.结果 放化疗前CD44v6水平高于正常对照(570.89±63.30 vs 356.32±97.68ng/ml,P＜0.01),且与吸烟、病理类型、分化程度、临床分期、T分期、远处转移、淋巴结转移相关(P均＜0.05),与原发部位、性别和年龄无关(P均＞0.05).全组放化疗后水平为281.44±74.28ng/ml,低于放化疗前(P＜0.01),亚层分析显示近期疗效达CR、PR、SD者放化疗后水平也低于放化疗前,仅PD者降低不明显(P＞0.05).结论 同步放化疗前后CD44v6水平与局部晚期NSCLC多项临床病理特征密切相关,其水平变化是预测NSCLC生物学行为的有用指标,可为临床判断疗效及预后提供依据.
