摘要

The paper describes legal issues that may exist in the process of hospital informatization construction closely related to medical treatment activities, including hospital network safety, records during the medical treatment and electronic signature, provides information technology strategies for these issues and ongoing legal methods, as well as gives thoughts on perfecting legal construction in hospital informatization management by referencing foreign experiences.%阐述医院信息化建设中与医疗活动密切相关的医院网络安全、医疗过程记录和电子签名等法律法规问题,提出针对这些问题的信息技术对策、现行法律法规的执行手段,并借鉴国外经验对进一步完善我国医院信息化管理中的法制建设进行思考.
