介绍上海市黄浦区公共卫生信息平台建设情况，从建设背景、建设经验、建设内容、电子健康档案建立情况几方面详细阐述黄浦区社区信息平台建设，实现黄浦区公共卫生与社区信息平台的交互。%The paper introduces the construction status of public health information platform in Huang pu District in Shanghai, concretely elaborates the development of community information platform from background, experiences, contents and electronic health records construction, which tends to realize the interaction between public health platform and community information platform in this district.
