The paper presents the current document delivery process in Medical Library of Fudan University, analyzes the current working flow and points out the existing problems, points out the ideas of document delivery services based on process reengineering, including changing one - way and passive services to muhi - way and active services, strengthening literature resources reveal and integration, etc.%介绍复旦大学图书馆医科馆现有文献传递服务流程，通过实例对现有工作流程进行分析并指出存在的问题，提出基于流程再造的文献传递服务思路，包括变单向被动服务为多向能动服务、加强文献资源揭示与整合等方面。
