临床病例数据库建库设计

论述国内临床病例数据库的现状,以复旦大学耳鼻喉科医院头颈部肿瘤临床病例数据库建设为例,分析其在数据库建设过程中遇到的数据规范、交叉利用、远期随访等问题,提出相应对策。%The paper discusses the current status of domestic clinical cases databases, taking head and neck cancer clinical cases database construction in Eye Ear Nose and Throat Hospital of Fudan University as an example, it analyzes the problems in database con- struction process including data standards, cross utilization, long - term follow - up and so on, corresponding countermeasures are also put forward.
