北京市区域PACS和远程影像管理平台建设思路

摘要

分析北京市目前医学影像医疗服务现状,介绍北京市远程医疗建设目标,设计规划区域PACS和远程影像管理平台,研究区域影像质量监控和辐射剂量控制,建立首发基金试点项目,并进行创新性应用。%The paper analyzes the current status of medical imaging service in Beijing,introduces the construction targets of telemedicine in Beijing,designs regional PACS and long distance image management platform,which would assure the image quality and monitoring the radiation dosage.Pilot experiment is set up and innovative application is carried out.
