阐述微课的内涵、发展现状、发展趋势及其资源构成,探讨“微”环境下医院图书馆如何为微课教学提供优质的资源以及利用微课开展服务,包括个性化信息服务、嵌入式教学服务等,指出图书馆员应加强新学科、新技术的学习.%The paper states the connotation,development status,development trend and resource composition of micro course,discusses how do the hospital libraries provide excellent resources for micro course teaching and carry out services including personalized information service and embedded teaching service by taking advantage of micro course under "micro" environment,and indicates that librarians shall strengthen the learning of new subjects and new technologies.
