三维数字减影血管造影在颅内小动脉瘤诊治中的应用进展

         

摘要

颅内动脉瘤作为临床常见的病症之一,其中针对直径小于3mm的微小动脉瘤的诊断和治疗均具有一定的难度。近年来随着三维数字减影血管造影(3D-DSA)的发展,明显提高了对颅内微小动脉瘤诊断的准确性和灵敏度,极大地降低了传统影像学检查和常规DSA的漏诊率,成为诊断颅内动脉瘤新的金标准。本文综述了3D-DSA技术与传统影像学检查的对比及其在颅内小动脉瘤诊治中的应用价值。%Intracranial aneurysm is one of the common diseasse in clinic .We have much difficulty in diagnosing and trea-ting intracranial aneurysms about diameter less than 3 mm .With the development of three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography (3D-DSA) in recent years ,the diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of intracranial tiny aneurysms have been im-proved ,while the missed diagnosis rate in traditional imaging and conventional DSA have been greatly reduced ,which be-comes the new gold standard in diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms .This paper reviews the contrast examination between 3D-DSA technology and traditional imaging and the application value of 3D-DSA technique in diagnosis and treatment of in-tracranial aneurysms .
