Objective To investigate the value of dynamic contrast enhanced imaging and diffusion weighted imaging of MRI in the diagnosis of the non‐mass like lesions of Breast .Methods 56 patients with non‐mass like lesions of breast were analyzed retrospectively .All of the patients underwent DCE‐MRI examination a week before surgery .All the lesions underwent conventional MRI ,multi planner reformation ,maximum intensity projection ,time‐signal inten‐sity curves and diffusion weighted imaging .The MRI morphology and kinetic features were analyzed .Results In DCE‐MRI ,the segmen‐tal and regional distribution of lesions with type II and type III curves (TIC) were the indicators of malignancy .The mean ADC (b=900 s · mm‐2 ) was significantly lower for malignant than for benign lesions ( P<0 .05) .Conclusion DCE‐MRI and DWI were helpful to improve the diagnostic specificity and accuracy of non‐mass like lesions of breast .%目的:探讨动态增强磁共振扫描(DCE‐M RI)、弥散加权成像(DWI)对非占位性乳腺病变的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析56例非占位性乳腺病变患者DCE‐M RI及DWI影像数据,从形态学及血流动力学两方面探讨病变特点。结果 DCE‐MRI征象中,病灶表现为区域样、节段样强化且时间‐信号曲线(TIC)为平台型或流出型时提示恶性征象。取b值为900s · mm‐2时测量病灶ADC值,恶性病灶ADC值明显低于良性病灶( P<0.05)。结论动态增强磁共振扫描、弥散加权成像对非占位性乳腺病变有很好的诊断价值。
