目的:研究分析声触诊组织定量技术在颈部淋巴结疾病诊断中的应用。方法2013年4月~2013年12月,对我院78例颈部淋巴结肿大的患者行声触诊组织定量技术检查,获取病灶的 VTQ 值声触诊组织定量。根据病理结果将淋巴结分为良性、恶性两组,绘制受试者工作特征曲线(ROC 曲线)并确定 VTQ 的诊断临界值。结果经检验,受检颈部淋巴结中,良、恶性的 VTQ 平均值分别为(2.28±0.83)m/s 和(6.61±1.63)m/s ,差异具有统计学意义。结论声触诊组织定量技术应用于诊断颈部淋巴结良、恶性具有可行性。%Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate Virtual Touch Tissue quantification for cervical lymphade‐nopathy .Methods Virtual Touch Tissue quantification was performed in 78 consecutive patients who underwent evalua‐tion of cervical lymph nodes at our center between April ,2013 and December ,2013 .The study group consisted of 78 pa‐tients .We got the shear wave speed (VTQ value) of the cervical lymph nodes and then found find the cutoff value through the ROC curve .Results The mean Virtual Touch tissue quantification values of the benign lesions (2 .28 ± 0 .83) m/s dif‐fered from that of the malignant lesions (6 .61 ± 1 .63) m/s ,( P < 0 .001) .Conclusion Virtual Touch Tissue quantifica‐tion is feasible for the cervical lymph nodes .
