针刺治疗帕金森病的3.0T MR定量磁化图疗效评估

摘要

目的 探讨3.0TMR定量磁化图(QSM)评价针刺治疗帕金森病(PD)疗效的价值.方法 选择我院神经科诊断和改良Hoehn-Yahr PD等级评分Ⅱ~Ⅳ级的PD患者23例,行针刺治疗6个疗程,治疗前后采用UPDRs评分和MR-QSM检查,测量PD患者治疗前后黑质及豆状核铁含量;所得数据行配对t检验统计学分析.结果 与治疗前对比,针刺治疗后PD患者uPDRs评分明显减低( P <0.01);黑质和豆状核铁含量针刺治疗后较治疗前明显减少,具有显著差异性( P <0.01).结论 针刺治疗PD疗效显著,QSM技术能为PD的针刺疗效评价提供客观和准确的证据.%Objective To discuss the value of 3.0 T MR Quantitative Susceptibility Mapping(QSM) in response evaluation of Parkinson's disease (PD) by acupuncture treatment. Methods 21 PD patients were enrolled,all patients were diagnosed in neu-rology department and were divided into stages II~IV according to the improvement of Hoehn-Yahr scoring system. PD patients underwent acupuncture treatment for 6 courses,and were evaluated by UPDRs system and MR-QSM exmination before and after treatment. The brain iron deposition in the substantia nigra (SN) and lentiform nucleus (IN) were both evaluated. Matching t test was used in the statistical analysis of these data. Results Compared with before treatment,the uPDRs decreased greatly after acupuncture treatment ( P <0.01). In addition, the brain iron deposition in the SN and IN was significant decrease ( P <0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture treatment showed a good effect for PD treatment. QSM can provide objective and accurate evi-dence for the therapeutic effect evaluation of PD by acupuncture treatment.
