浅Ⅱ度烫伤患儿创面应用软聚硅酮泡沫吸收敷料的护理效果

摘要

目的:探究软聚硅酮泡沫吸收敷料用于浅Ⅱ度烫伤患儿创面护理中的效果.方法:择取2017年10月～2018年10月某院96例浅Ⅱ度烫伤患儿,按入院时间分组,各48例.对照组行凡士林联合常规护理,实验组行软聚硅酮泡沫吸收敷料(美皮康)联合综合护理干预,比较两组护理前后疼痛症状,记录创面愈合时间及住院时间.结果:护理前两组患儿VAS评分无显著差异(P＞0.05);护理后观察组患者VAS评分、创面愈合时间及住院时间显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:软聚硅酮泡沫吸收敷料用于浅Ⅱ度烫伤患儿创面护理中的效果理想,值得在临床中推广.%Objective:To investigate the effect of soft silicone polyurethane foam dressing on wound care in children with shallow second degree burn.Methods:96children with shallow second degree scald in a hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled and grouped according to the time of admission,with 48 in each group.The control group received vaseline combined with conventional nursing,the experimental group underwent soft silicone polyurethane foam dressing (Mei Pikang) combined with comprehensive nursing intervention.The pain symptoms of the two groups before and after nursing were compared and the wound healing time and hospitalization time were recorded.Results:There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05).The VAS score,wound healing time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05) after nursing.Conclusion:The soft silicone polyurethane foam dressing is ideal for wound care in children with shallow second degree burns,and it is worthy of promotion in the clinic.
