优质护理理念在脑出血语言障碍患者中应用效果观察

摘要

Objective:To analyze the application effect of high quality nursing concept in patients with cerebral hemorrhage language barrier.Methods:60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage language barrier treated in a hospital was selected and divided into observation group and control group,high quality nursing care and routine nursing care were applied respectively,analyzed the application effect of high quality nursing care.Results:Compared with control group,SAS score and SDS score in observation group showed significant differences (P＜0.05),with statistical significance.After nursing,The total nursing efficiency of patients in the observation group (90.0％) was higher than that of the control group (83.3％),and the difference between the two groups was significant (P＜0.05),with statistical significance.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant (P＜0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:High quality nursing care on patients with cerebral hemorrhage language barrier was carried out with remarkable nursing effect,patient satisfaction is high,which is worthy of clinical wide application.%目的:研究分析优质护理理念在脑出血语言障碍患者中的应用效果.方法:选取60例某院收治的脑出血语言障碍患者分为观察组和对照组,分别进行优质护理和常规护理,分析优质护理的应用效果.结果:观察组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分与对照组评分对比,两组差异显著(P＜0.05),具有统计学意义;经过护理后,观察组患者的护理总有效率(90.0％)高于对照组(83.3％),两组对比差异显著(P＜0.05),具有统计学意义;观察组护理满意度情况高于对照组,两组对比差异显著(P＜0.05),具有统计学意义.结论:对脑出血语言障碍患者进行优质护理,护理效果显著,患者满意度较高,值得临床广泛应用.
