中医辨证护理在肺癌失眠患者中应用

摘要

目的:探究肺癌失眠患者临床护理中实施中医辨证护理方案对其睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2016年4月～2017年9月期间收集肺癌失眠患者共50例,为其实施中医辨证护理,通过睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)对本组患者护理前后的睡眠质量进行评定和比较.结果:经比较,护理后本组患者PSQI评分显著低于护理前,数据差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:为肺癌失眠患者实施中医辨证护理可有效提升患者睡眠质量,因此该种护理模式值得在临床中进行推广.%Objective:To explore the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing scheme on sleep quality in clinical nursing of patients with lung cancer insomnia.Methods:A total of 50 patients with lung cancer insomnia were collected from April 2016 to September 2017 and implied TCM syndrome differentiation nursing.The quality of sleep before and after nursing was assessed and compared in this group of patients by the Sleep Quality Index Scale (PSQI).Results:After comparison,PSQI scores in the group of patients after nursing were significantly lower than before nursing,and the data were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing for patients with lung cancer insomnia can effectively improve the quality of sleep.Therefore,this kind of nursing model is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
