Objective: To explore the clinical effect of modified wuwei disinfectant soup in treating chronic suppurative osteomyelitis. Methods: A total of 92 patients with chronic suppurative osteomyelitis treated in a hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected. According to the random digital table method, they were divided into the study group (modified wuwei disinfectant soup, n=46) and the control group (conventional western medicine, n=46). The therapeutic effect, normal temperature recovery time, antibiotic application time, hospitalization time and safety were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the study group and the control group was 95.7％ (44/46) and 82.6％ (38/46) respectively. The results were statistically significant (P<0.05). The normal temperature recovery time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group, the duration of antibiotics was shorter than that of the control group, the length of hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group, and the adverse reactions were less than that of the control group, with statistically significant results (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of modified wuwei disinfectant soup in treating chronic suppurative osteomyelitis is ideal, which can promote the symptoms to be alleviated as soon as possible, shorten the application time of antibiotics and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, is worth popularizing and applying.%目的:探讨五味消毒饮加味治疗慢性化脓性骨髓炎的临床疗效.方法:所选研究对象为2016年1月～2017年1月某院收治的慢性化脓性骨髓炎患者92例, 按照随机数字表法分为研究组 (五味消毒饮加味, n=46) 与对照组 (常规西医, n=46) , 对比两组治疗效果、体温恢复正常时间、应用抗生素时间、住院时间及安全性.结果:研究组、对照组总有效率分别为95.7％ (44/46) 、82.6％ (38/46) , 结果有统计学意义 (P<0.05) ;研究组体温恢复正常时间短于对照组, 应用抗生素时间短于对照组, 住院时间短于对照组, 不良反应少于对照组, 结果有统计学意义 (P<0.05).结论:慢性化脓性骨髓炎采用五味消毒饮加味治疗的效果理想, 能促使症状尽快缓解, 且能缩短抗生素应用时间, 减少不良反应的发生, 值得推广应用.
