封闭负压引流在糖尿病足部皮肤溃疡患者中的应用及护理

摘要

目的：：研究封闭负压引流(VSD)在治疗糖尿病足部皮肤溃疡患者中的应用和护理方法,观察其在治疗过程中的疗效和感染情况。方法：收集并选取2012年9月~2014年10月来某院进行诊治的糖尿病足部皮肤溃疡患者86例,随机分为护理组和对照组,对照组患者治疗采用常规换药法,护理组采用封闭负压引流术进行治疗,40d 后对两组患者的治疗情况进行统计分析。结果：治疗40d后,护理组治疗有效率为95.3%(41/43),对照组治疗有效率为72.1%(31/43),两组患者治疗有效率对比有极显著性差异(c2=8.5317,P<0.01)；在治疗过程中,护理组发生感染率为2.33%(1/43),对照组发生感染率为34.88%(15/43),两组之间感染率对比有极显著性差异(c2=15.05,P<0.01)。结论：在治疗糖尿病足部皮肤溃疡患者时采用封闭负压引流技术,不仅可以提高患者临床治疗有效率,还能有效地减少感染,值得临床上进一步推广应用。%Objective:To Research the application of VSD in the treatment of patients with foot skin ulcer resulted from diabetes and the nursing methods,and observe the effect and infection during the treatment. Methods:Collect and select 86 patients with foot skin ulcer resulted from diabetes who were received in some hospital during the period from September 2012 to October 2014 amd randomly divided them into nursing group and control group.Patients in control group adopted conventional dressing change method while the nursing group were treated with VSD,made statistical analysis on the situation of the 2 groups 40 days later. Results:40 days after treatment,the effective rate of the nursing group was 95.3%(41/43),and the figure was 72.1%(31/43),the difference between the 2 groups in effective rate was obvious (χ2=15.05,P<0.01).Con-clusion:To sum up,to apply VSD to treat patients with foot skin ulcer resulted from diabetes would not only improve clinical effective rate,but also reduce infection effectively,it is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
