紫蓝方加减联合胸腺肽治疗扁平疣的临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified purple blue decoction in combination with thymic peptide on verruca plana .Methods:Select 86 patients with verruca plana received in our hospital as the study object ,randomly divide them into two groups ,namely the control group and treatment group ,43 ca‐ses for each group .Treat the control group with thymic peptide while the treatment group with modified pur‐ple blue decoction plus thymic peptide ,compare the effect in the two groups .Results:In treatment group ,the total effective rate was 97 .7% ,while the figure was 79 .1% in control group ,to compare the two groups ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:It is effective to treat verruca plana with modi‐fied purple blue decoction in combination with verruca plana .%目的：观察紫蓝方加减联合胸腺肽治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法：选取某院所收治的扁平疣患者86例为研究对象，随机分为对照组和治疗组两组，每组各43例。对照组使用胸腺肽治疗，治疗组使用紫蓝方加减联合胸腺肽治疗，对比两组治疗效果。结果：治疗组总有效率为97．7％，对照组总有效率为79．1％，两组结果对比具有统计学差异（ P＜0．05）。结论：采用紫蓝方加减联合胸腺肽治疗扁平疣，能够取得更好的治疗效果。
