社区护理干预应用于老年糖尿病患者的效果分析

摘要

目的：：探讨和分析在老年糖尿病患者中应用社区护理干预的临床效果。方法：选取86例被确诊为糖尿病的老年患者作为研究对象,并随机将其分为两组,分别为对照组42例,试验组44例。两组患者均接受西药的治疗,对照组患者配合常规的护理方法,试验组配合特殊的社区护理干预措施。结果：经护理后,试验组 FBG(7.26±1.59)mmol/L,HbAlc(7.16±1.03)%,P2hBG (13.49±3.25)mmol/L 的水平与对照组 FBG(10.43±3.21)mmol/L,HbAlc(9.67±1.48)%,P2hBG(9.68±2.31)mmol/L 相比差异明显,在统计学上有意义(P <0.05)。试验组患者对社区护理干预的满意度(97.72%)明显高于对照组的满意度(71.43%),在统计学上有意义(P <0.05)。结论：社区护理干预能够有效地改善患者的病情,提高患者的生活质量,安全可靠,值得临床推广使用。%Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of community nursing interventions on old patients with diabetes.Methods:Select 86 cases of old patients with diabetes as the study object and ran-domly divide them into 2 groups,42 cases for the control group and 44 cases for the experiment group.Trea-ted the patients in both with western medicine,besides,the patients in control group were nursed with con-ventional nursing while the experiment group were treated with special community nursing interventions. Results:After nursing,it was found the that:In experiment group:FBG(7.26 ±1.59)mmol/L,HbAlc(7.1 6 ±1.03)%,P2hBG(13.49±3.25)mmol/L;In control group,FBG(10.43 ±3.21)mmol/L,HbAlc(9.67 ± 1.48)%,P2hBG(9.68±2.31)mmol/L,the differences between were obvious and were statistically signifi-cant(P <0.05).the satisfactory of the patients in experiment group to community nursing interventions was 97.72% ,which was higher than that in control group (71.43%),the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Community nursing interventions can effectively improve patients'situation and there living quality,it is safe and reliable,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
