心理护理干预对更年期妇女抑郁症患者的影响

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the influence of psychological nursing intervention in patients with de-pression menopause.Methods:1 1 6 menopausal women with depression treated from December 2012 to No-vember 2012 in a hospital were taken as the research objects,who received oral mirtazapine treatment.Ac-cording to different nursing methods,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 58 cases.Control group received routine nursing,the observation group received psychological nursing interven-tion based on routine nursing.Improvement of symptoms and psychological conditions of the two groups were observed and compared respectively before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,menopause index of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the severity of menopausal symptoms was better than that of the control group,and there was significant difference (P <0.05)between the two groups;after treatment,SAS ,SDS and SCL-90 scores of the observation group de-creased more significantly than the control group and lower than that before the treatment,and there was significant difference (P <0.05)between groups.Conclusion:Menopausal women's psychological nursing in-tervention in patients with depression can obviously eliminate depression symptoms and improve the treat-ment compliance,accelerate the recovery of disease.%目的：：评价心理护理干预对更年期妇女抑郁症患者的影响。方法：于2012年12月~2014年11月某院收治的更年期妇女抑郁症患者中选择116例为本次治疗对象，均给予口服米氮平治疗。根据护理方式不同随机分为两组，每组各58例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在此基础上开展心理护理干预。分别于治疗前、治疗后，观察并比较两组患者症状改善情况及心理状况。结果：护理后观察组患者更年期指数较对照组明显降低，且更年期症状严重程度明显优于对照组，组间存在统计学差异(P <0.05)；护理后观察组患者 SAS、SDS 及 SCL-90评分较对照组明显降低，同时低于本组治疗前，组间存在统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论：给予更年期妇女抑郁症患者心理护理干预，可明显消除抑郁症状，提高治疗依从性，促进病情快速康复。
