常乐康联合甘草锌治疗儿童口腔溃疡的临床效果研究

摘要

Objective:To explore clinical effect of Chang Lekang combined with licorice zinc in the treat-ment of children's oral ulcer.Methods:60 cases of oral ulcer received in a hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were taken as the research object,who were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group were treated with Chang Lekang,while the experimental group were treated with Chang Lekang combined with licorice zinc,then the treatment resulat of the two groups were compared.Re-sults:After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group is significantly higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05),and the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:Chang Lekang com-bined with licorice zinc is effective in the treatment of children's oral ulcer,which can obviously improve the symptoms of children and has high clinical value.%目的：：探究常乐康联合甘草锌治疗儿童口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法：选取某院2014年5月~2015年5月收治的的60例口腔溃疡患儿作为研究对象,将患儿随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组患儿常乐康治疗,实验组在对照组治疗基础上加用甘草锌治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果：经治疗后实验组患儿总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论：儿童口腔溃疡采取常乐康联合甘草锌治疗临床效果显著,可明显改善患儿症状,具有较高临床应用价值。
