剖宫产术后疤痕妊娠的护理探讨

摘要

目的：：分析剖宫产术后疤痕妊娠患者的有效护理方法。方法：将早期在某院接受治疗,给予产科常规护理的27例剖宫产术后疤痕妊娠患者设为一般组,对一般组患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。将2014年1月~2015年3月期间某院收治的30例剖宫产术后疤痕妊娠患者设为研究组,对研究组实施护理干预。结果：一般组患者的临床护理过程中的并发症发生率为25.9%,较研究组患者的6.6%(χ2=3.964,P <0.05)高；护理满意度为85.6%,较研究组患者的95.0%低(χ2=4.707,P <0.05)；住院治疗时间为(7.5±1.1)d,较研究组患者的(5.6±0.9)d 长(t =5.979,P <0.05)。结论：护理干预应用于剖宫产术后疤痕妊娠患者的临床护理中,可有效改善患者临床治疗效果,缩短患者住院时间。%Objective:To analyze the effective methods of nursing care of patients with cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods:Take 27 cases with cesarean scar pregnancy with routine nursing care as the general group,who received treatment during the early period in our hospital.And then carry out retrospective anal-ysis of the data of the general group.Take another 30 cases with cesaren scar pregnancy treated in our hospi-tal from January 2014 to March 2015 as the research group,who are treated by nursing intervention.Results:The complication rate of the general group in nursing process was 25.9%,while the research group 6.6% (χ2=3.964,P <0.05),and treatment satisfaction of the general group was 85.6%,compared with 95.0% of the research group(χ2 =4.707,P <0.05);hospital stay of the general group (7.5 ± 1.1 )d,compared with the study group of patients (5.6±0.9)d length (t =5.979,P <0.05)was longer.Conclusion:Nursing interven-tion applied to patients with cesarean scar pregnancy can effectively improve the clinical treatment of patients and shorten hospital stay.
