脐带脱垂的原因分析及紧急处理后的护理

摘要

目的：：分析脐带脱垂的原因及紧急处理后的护理。方法：任意选择2005年5月~2015年5月在某院接受治疗的脐带脱垂患者中的80例为观察组，以及同期足月分娩者中的1500例为对照组。对两组孕产妇的先露异常、胎膜早破、胎头高浮等指标进行深入分析和研究。结果：两组孕产妇在年龄、体重、孕产次数等方面均无明显差异(P>0.05)，脐带脱垂导致的不良现象明显高于其他孕产妇，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：脐带脱垂将会导致诸多不利影响发生，应采取有效的紧急处理和科学的护理方法。%Objective:To analyze the causes of umbilical cord prolapse and nursing after emergency treat-ment.Methods:Select 80 cases of patients with umbilical cord prolapse treated in a hospital from May 2005 to May 2015 as observation group,1500 cases of term delivery during the same period as control group.Ma-ternal malpresentation,premature rupture of fetal membranes,and fetal floating of the two groups were an-alyzed and studied.Results:The maternal age,weight,pregnancy times of the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05),The adverse phenomenon caused by umbilical cord prolapse was significantly higher than other pregnant women (P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Umbilical cord prolapse will cause many adverse effects,effective emergency treatment and scientific nursing method should be taken.
