病毒唑联合思密达治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎112例疗效观察

摘要

目的：：探讨病毒唑联合思密达治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的治疗作用。方法：对2013年10月~2014年10月在某科治疗的轮状病毒肠炎患儿112例随机分为两组，治疗组56例，对照组56例。两组均给予饮食调整、退热、止吐、补液、口服 ORS 盐防治脱水及维持电解质平衡等对症治疗，观察组加用病毒唑10 mg/(kg·日)静滴并联合思密达口服，进行对比性研究。结果：治疗组和对照组的显效率分别为95%和73%，两组差异有显著意义(P <0.05)。结论：病毒唑联合思密达是治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的有效药物，值得临床推广。%Objective:To study the therapy efficacyof treatinginfant rotavirus enteritis with virazol joint Dioctahedral smectite.Methods:Select 1 12 cases of infants with rotavirus enteritis received by a hospital from October 2013 to October 2014,divide them into 2 groups,56 cases in each group.The control group was giv-en conventional treatment while the treating group was given virazol 10 mg/(kg · day)joint Dioctahedral smectite in addition.Compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results:The effective rate in the treating group was 95% and in the control group was 73%,the difference between the two groups was statistically signifi-cant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Virazol joint Dioctahedral smectite is an effective method to treat infant rotavirus enteritis and is worth to be promoted.
