比较分析输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术与体外冲击波碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效

摘要

Objective:To compare the effect between ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy and extracorpore-al shock wave lithotripsy in treating ureteral calculus.Methods:Select 82 cases of ureteral calculus patients received by a hospital from August 2012 to August 2014,divide them into 2 groups,41cases in each group. The treating group was given extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy while the control group was given uret-eroscope pneumatic lithotripsy.Compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results:The symptom extinction time and the hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group.The surgery effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group and the adverse reaction of the observation group was significantly fewer than that of the control group.Conclusion:Uretero-scope pneumatic lithotripsy has remarkable efficacy in treating ureteral calculus and is worth to be promoted.%目的：：对应用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术与体外冲击波碎石术两种技术对患有输尿管结石疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果进行对比研究。方法：抽取在2012年8月~2014年8月间某院收治的获得临床明确诊断的输尿管结石患者，抽取其中的82例作为研究对象，将其以入院时间顺序分成对照组和治疗组后，每组41例。对照组患者接受体外冲击波碎石术进行治疗；治疗组患者接受输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术进行治疗。结果：治疗组输尿管结石症状消失时间和输尿管结石住院治疗总时间明显短于对照组；输尿管结石疾病手术治疗效果明显优于对照组；围手术期内出现不良反应的人数明显少于对照组。结论：在输尿管结石患者的治疗过程中输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术的临床效果显著，值得关注。
