子宫输卵管超声造影诊断32例不孕症患者的临床效果探讨

摘要

目的:分析子宫输卵管超声造影诊断不孕症患者的临床效果.方法:选取2014年12月~2016年12月期间在某院接受检查的32例不孕症患者临床检查资料作为分析对象,采取两种检查方式为患者诊断,即为子宫输卵管超声造影组和X线输卵管造影术组.结果:子宫输卵管造影检查输卵管情况正确诊断率高于X线输卵管造影术组的正确诊断率,组间对比差异在统计学范围内(P<0.05). 结论:子宫输卵管超声造影诊断不孕症患者具有十分重要的临床意义.%Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of uterine oviduct ultrasonography in the diagnosis of infertility.Methods:The clinical data of 32 infertile patients who were examined in a hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects.Two kinds of examination methods were used to diagnose the patients, namely, uterine fallopian tube ultrasonography group and X Line tubal angiography group.Results:The correct diagnosis rate of the fallopian tube was higher than that of the X-ray tubal angiography group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysterosalpingography in the diagnosis of infertility patients has a very important clinical significance.
