化学合成法制备PSS型纯净地质聚合物

     

摘要

Geopolymer is a new kind of inorganic polymeric material.Amorphous powder was chemically synthesized by taking sodium aluminate as the aluminum source and sodium silicate or T EOS as the silicon source,and was further processed to become pure geopolymers.The purpose of this work is to explore the influence of silicon source on the compress strength of the geopolymers. The phase composition and microstructure of the geopolymers were observed by XRD,FT-IR and SEM.The compressive strength of the two products was tested,they are 4.7MPa and 9.2MPa,respectively,for those with sodium silicate and TEOS as silicon source.It is concluded that the sample prepared using T EOS as the silicon source has a higher compressive strength.%为了探究两种不同硅源对所制备纯净地质聚合物抗压强度的影响,以硅酸钠和正硅酸乙酯两种化学试剂为硅源,以偏铝酸钠为铝源,采用化学合成的方法合成无定形粉体,并以其为前驱体制备PSS型纯净地质聚合物.对所得产物的物相组成和微观结构进行表征,发现两种硅源均能制备得到具有无定型结构的地质聚合物.通过对两种产物进行抗压强度测试,得到两种产物的抗压强度分别为4.7M Pa与9.2M Pa.实验结果表明,以正硅酸乙酯为硅源制备所得产物有更高的抗压强度.
