解读晋商票号与闽帮侨批局

摘要

This article analyzes the differences between Shanxi merchants' exchange shops and Fujian merchants' postal agencies, both of which occupied a significant position in China's economic history. Although these financial institutions promoted socio - economic development, Shanxi merchants and Fujian merchants were quite different in their ways of thinking due to their diverse ecological and social environments. As a resuit, their achievements were different. Southern Fujian merchants obviously had an international vision, distinct commercial system of credit, and networking business philosophy, which are valuable and worth studying.%闽帮侨批业与同样具有金融属性的晋商票号在中国经济史上占据重要地位，本文通过对两者之比较与分析，显示各自其特质；虽然两者均在特定的社会背景下对当时经济社会发展有着促进作用，但晋商和闽商在陆地与海洋两种不同区域环境影响下存在着思维差异，其发轫、成长和最终的结局均有很大的不同。闽帮侨批业以其国际化视野、独特的商业信用及网络化经营理念，彰显出闽宙人的商业智彗．信得今人褒扬、学习与研究。
