基于嵌入式实时系统的磁光开关驱动电路设计

     

摘要

设计并制作了薄膜型磁光开关的驱动电路系统,电路系统包括开关电源部分、按键及液晶显示部分、驱动电路部分和软件控制系统部分.开关电源部分为驱动电路提供电压,控制系统部分控制按键操作和液晶显示,并且控制驱动电路输出.电路系统充分利用UC/OS-II实时系统,通过软件算法控制切换开关状态,产生正负方波脉冲.结果表明,电路可以在50Hz~30kHz频率范围内实现电流低于2A的输出,频率调节精度达到±2kHz.该电路系统高效简单、精度高、操作界面人性化并且可实现宽频范围内的可变频及可变占空比的功能,具有较高的实用价值.%A drive circuit system for magneto-optical film switch was designed and fabricated. The circuit system includes switching power supply, button and display part, drive circuit and software control system. Switching power supplies provide voltage for drive circuit. Control system controls button operation and LCD display, and the output of drive circuit. The system makes the most of UC/OS- Ⅱ real-time system, and control changing switch mode to produce positive and negative square wave pulses by software algorithms. The results showed that current output of less than 2A and frequency adjustment precision of±2kHz is achieved in the range of 50Hz~30kHz. The circuit system has characteristics of high efficiency, simplicity, high precision, human interface and variable frequency and duty cycle in a wide frequency range, showing a very high practical value.
