电梯电源中双管正激变压器设计

     

摘要

The two-transistor forward converter was widely used in medium and high power applications for its safety, reliability and efficiency. The strict stability requirement for power supply of elevator controller makes the design of corresponding transformers more important. This paper analyzed the principle of the high-frequency two-transistor forward transformer used in elevator power main circuit. Based on the analysis, a practical design process and calculation method was introduced, and was verified by practical example. The result indicated that the designed transformer has high transmission efficiency, low leakage and low interference, which shows the feasibility of the design.%双管正激变换器因其安全、可靠、高效而广泛应用于中、高功率场合.电梯控制器对于供电电源稳定性的严格要求,使得此类变压器的设计更加重要.分析了电梯电源主电路所用高频双管正激式变压器的工作原理,在论述原理的基础上提出了该类型变压器的设计过程和计算方法,并通过实例验证了设计的合理性.结果表明,所设计的变压器具有效率高、漏感低、干扰小的良好特性,证明了该设计方法是切实可行的.
