超宽带小型化微带环行器的设计与仿真

     

摘要

设计了一种超宽带小型化双Y结微带环行器,阐述了微带环行器的工作原理、设计理论和方法.在理论分析的基础上,结合计算机辅助软件AppCAD,分别计算出了大小Y结的尺寸,利用HFSS软件进一步对环行器进行建模、仿真,并且根据小Y结尺寸对于环行器带宽的影响,对其进行了优化处理.结果表明,该环行器在7.5~12.5GHz范围内,插入损耗小于0.1dB,隔离度大于20dB,电压驻波比小于1.22,相对带宽大于50%,仿真数据均满足设计要求和性能指标,也满足了环行器小型化的设计要求.%A miniaturized ultra-wideband microstrip circulator is designed. The working principle and design method of the circulator are presented. Based on the theoretical analysis, the sizes of big and small Y-junction are calculated respectively by AppCAD. Then, the simulation and modeling on circulator is carried out with HFSS software. The influence of geometry of the small Y-junction is thoroughly analyzed. The numerical results indicate that under optimized geometry conditions, the isolation is greater than 20dB, insertion loss less than 0.1dB, the VSWR less than 1.2 and the relative bandwidth more than 50% at frequency range from 7.5GHz to 12.5GHz. The simulation data satisfies the design requirements and performance index, and also satisfies the need of miniaturization.
