润滑剂对温压成型Fe78Si9B13非晶磁粉芯性能的影响

         

摘要

The mechanically disrupted Fe78Si9B13 amorphous powders were used as raw material to prepare amorphous powder cores, and effect of amount of zinc and lithium stearate lubricants on properties of the powder core was researched. The results show that for the same amount of both the lubricants and 120℃/800MPa warrm-pressing, the magnetic properties of the powder cores using zinc stearate lubricant are superior to that of powder cores using lithium stearate. With increasing the amount of zinc stearate, the magnetic core density first increases and then decreases, and the maximum density value 4.98g/cm3 was obtained for zinc stearate amount of 1.5wt%. Accordingly, the powder core features effective permeability of up to 47.83 at 50kHz and lowest magnetic loss .%以机械破碎的Fe78Si9B13非晶粉末为原料制备非晶磁粉芯,研究硬脂酸锌和硬脂酸锂这两种润滑剂的添加量对磁粉芯性能的影响。结果表明,在120℃、800MPa温压成型条件下,对应相同的润滑剂添加量,以硬脂酸锌为润滑剂制备的磁粉芯其综合磁性能优于以硬脂酸锂为润滑剂制备的磁粉芯。随着硬脂酸锌添加量的增多,磁粉芯的密度ρ先增大后减小,当添加量为1.5wt%时,达到最大值,热处理前为4.98 g/cm3;相应的有效磁导率μe也达到最大,50kHz时μe可达47.8,磁损耗Ps也最低。
