金属磁记忆检测中测量方向和提离值的选取

     

摘要

为了定量研究测量方法对磁记忆检测结果的影响,制取了含圆孔缺陷的试样,通过实验定量研究了试样放置方位和传感器提离值对磁记忆检测信号的影响,并与理论计算结果进行了比较。研究结果表明,试件放置方位对缺陷漏磁场的分布规律没有影响,仅对磁场强度数值有影响,试件铅垂并且东西方向放置时,检测结果更为明显。传感器提离值只对磁场强度数值有影响,对其分布规律没有影响,提离值越小,磁场强度值越高。研究结果对于金属磁记忆检测现场测量与提离值的选取具有借鉴意义。%The specimen with hole defects were fabricated to research the influence of the direction of the specimen and the lift-off value of transducer on testing results of magnetic memory field quantitatively. The impact of the direction of the specimen and the lift-off value of transducer on testing results of magnetic memory quantitatively were researched by experimental method, and were proved by theoretical calculation. The results show that the distribution of the magnetic intensity of defects are not affected and their numerical value only change a little when the direction of the specimen is changed. And when the specimens are placed vertically to the direction from east to west, the testing results are more obvious. Also, the variation for the lift-off value of transducer only affects the value of magnetic intensity, and hardly affect the distribution of the magnetic intensity. And the testing results are more obvious for smaller lift-off.
